It is our great pleasure to invite you
to join us at midsummer to mark the start of
New Foundation Farms on the Dartington Hall Estate.
The occasion will be one of celebration and ceremony
in the company of others who have been part of our journey so far.
Please join us from 6pm at the farmhouse.
There will be food, refreshments, and a marking of the occasion
by Sujith Ravindran as the sun sets
on the longest day of the year at just before 10pm.
(Sujith led Marcus’ and Mark's pilgrimage walks in India and Italy.)
Thereafter, there will be a chance to enjoy the Devon evening,
weather permitting under the stars.
If there is something you would like to bring
by way of a song, some music, a blessing, a poem, a painting or anything else,
please let us know as we would love to add it to the evening.
As a first contribution we are delighted that
Emma will lead a cacao blessing to welcome everyone
and to set our intentions.
You are welcome to bring a (small) item from the natural world
that surrounds you and a drinking vessel of your choice.
Don’t worry: there will be plenty natural items and vessels if you forget.
If you cannot join us but would like your words and wishes
to be part of the occasion, please send them to us.
The dress code is “colourful”.
There are various accommodation options in the area
including everything from the glamping and campsite
right next to the farmhouse to the ability to use the NFF partner rate
for the rooms in the hotel on the estate.
We are happy to help.
